We track tree, grass and weed pollen separately across the 20 highest-allergy cities in the USA and the 20 highest-allergy cities in Canada, selected from the AAFA 2026 Allergy Capitals report and the Aerobiology Research Laboratories 2026 Pollen Report. Every city is ranked daily by the PollenIQ™ score, a composite index that combines all three allergen types with local air quality data to give you one number that reflects your actual allergy risk today.

The data comes from Google’s Pollen API, updated daily. The formula is ours. No guesswork, no regional averages passed off as local data. Just the pollen count for your city, calculated the same way every day.
